Clock, Louis XVI style

Gilt Bronze in its original gilding, Rouge Griotte Marble. Signed Lemerle-Charpentier & Cie, 8 rue Charlot. Allegory of Abundance, the fine hand chiselling serves the profusion of details and the gilding in matte and glossy.

The classical lines of this clock are embellished with a decoration of acanthus leaves, bows and strings of pearls. The use of glass for the walls brings light and gives it lightness. The clock is toped with vase with an enguirlanded pattern.
