Lamp by Jacques Le Chevallier

Rare bedside lamps called "à créneaux" Jacques Le Chevallier (1896 - 1987) in aluminum, ebonite and bakelite, with hemispherical swivel reflector.

 

The model type 49 was created in 1928.

 

The model that we present was executed (probably) by Elisabeth Fouché under the direction of Jacques Le Chevallier in 1986, for the exhibition realized in 1987 by Maxime Defert at the gallery MC2 edition 22 place St André des arts 75006 Paris.
