Pair of small baluster shape lamps in Satsuma earthenware decorated with polychrome enamels on a white background.
Decor of palace scenes with many Asian characters on landscape, wall hangings and palace decor and cartouches with flowers decor. Scenes framed by geometrical motifs in blue, red and white tones. Many gilt highlights.
Chiselled and gilt bronze mount. High mount decorated with gadroons and ruyi. Quadripode base adorned with elephants heads and openwork geometrical Chinese style motifs.


Work realized circa 1880.
