Transitional style gilded wood sofa, 1900s

Small two-seater sofa in the Transition style, made of molded and gilded wood, resting on four straight tapered and fluted legs. The belt is decorated with garlands and a frieze of droplets. Armrest console set back from the line of the foot. Armrest with ears. The backrest has a carved and gilded wood medallion in the center. Seat, back and armrests upholstered in a blue fabric Louis XVI style, decorated with medallions, laurel wreaths and flowers.
