Pierre Bara

Accepted as a Master carpenter on June 28, 1758, Pierre Bara had set up his workshop on rue de Cléry where it still existed in 1768.  His furniture, signed P.BARA in irregular capitals, sometimes hot-stamped, were for a long time used by the luxury store Planque which was located in rue Saint-Honoré.
