Roberto Matta

Roberto Matta was a Chilean artist known for his contributions in the fields of art and design. Although he is best known for his surrealist paintings, he also worked on design and architectural projects.

In the 1950s, Matta worked with American architect Frank Lloyd Wright on the design of the Cascade House, a residence located in Pennsylvania. He also designed furniture, lamps and other objects for art and design exhibitions.

Matta's design creations are characterized by a unique blend of organic forms and geometric structures, creating a style that is both functional and aesthetic. His collaboration with Frank Lloyd Wright and his influence on the Surrealist movement have had a great influence on modern architecture and design.
